I had a scheduled appointment for an estimate to remove old deck, and replace with a composite deck. Long gave me a two hour window for the estimate.

Not only did no one show up, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL that they may be late, busy, etc. If they cannot honor a scheduled estimate with a two hour window, there is no way I want these clowns doing my work! Especially after reading here in the reviews that they use sub-contractors as well, and six month deck jobs. They are not the only game in town.

Stay away from joke of a company!

I would have thought that a job of this nature would have been a good fit for Long. I was mistaken.
